Links to Quality Webmaster and SEO Sites

While building this site I spent a whole lot of time looking around for inspiration and information. The Internet is a source of so much information on this subject that it is hard to know where to start sometimes. There are some outstanding sites out there (and some lousy ones too!). The inspiration for the layout was provided by Pat Heard of FullAhead.org and is based on his Lazydays design that I found at Open Web Design .org a brilliant open source template site.

I am in the process of upgrading the entire site to XHTML Strict and the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Standards Validator is a great way to find possible issues. The online website optimiser has been really useful in showing where to optimise for fast loading and search engine optimisation articles from SEO Chat and Google Webmaster pages have helped to get a handle on writing for SEO and for users.
